EULA - End User License Agreement

License Agreement

This License Agreement covers all existing versions of DTM Schema Comparer: demo and commercial. License Agreement is a legal agreement between the end-user and DTM soft. By installing or otherwise using DTM Schema Comparer, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of License Agreement, please do not install or use DTM Schema Comparer.

General Information

DTM soft is exclusive owner of all DTM Schema Comparer copyrights. The product is licensed, not sold. DTM Schema Comparer is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties.
Demo version. Anyone may install and use demo version of DTM Schema Comparer for evaluation and testing purposes.
Commercial version. You may install and use one copy of DTM Schema Comparer on a single computer. The primary user of the computer on which DTM Schema Comparer is installed may make a second copy for his or her exclusive use on a portable computer.
You may not reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or disassemble DTM Schema Comparer. The Software Product is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
You may not rent, lease, or lend DTM Schema Comparer. Also, You may not resell, or otherwise transfer for value, DTM Schema Comparer.
Without prejudice to any other rights, DTM soft may terminate this License Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of DTM Schema Comparer and all of its component parts.
You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this license, provided you retain no copies, you transfer all of DTM Schema Comparer (including all component parts), and the recipient agrees to the terms of this license.
DTM Schema Comparer IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE DTM Schema Comparer AT YOUR OWN RISK. DTM soft WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

Support and Upgrades

During one year after ordering, you are entitled to free technical services and support for DTM Schema Comparer which is provided to you by DTM soft. During this period, e-mail support is unlimited and includes technical and support questions. Also, during one year, you may access to free updates to DTM Schema Comparer when and as DTM soft publishes them on www.sqledit.com. After end of the described period you may continue to use the software product in accordance with the terms of this Agreement except free support and upgrades. After end of the free support and updates period (one year), you may purchase annual Upgrade and Support subscription. If you ordered a few DTM licenses, you will access to free upgrade and support period and will use subscriptions independently.
